That's
the target for the year, and I'm really looking forward to these
tasks! The
kick-off event is the Leipzig Book Fair 2026, with the focus theme:
"Donau – Unter Strom und zwischen Welten" and I'll be
actively participating in the authors' panel at the Leipzig Book Bar.
Readings and
presentations, not only of my latest work, "Trüber Blick durch
rosarotes Glas," but also of my other four well-known books,
will make a vibrant year in literature.

– Poetry Contest 2026
I've
been a regular participant almost every year, and it's always
exciting. This
year's theme for the poetry competition, "Momente in Sprache
gefasst" let me revel in memories and experiences.
The creation of
poetry on a special experience for my entry wasn't easy.
So now, after
the deadline, I'm eagerly awaiting the results of my entry, which
will be available after April 15th.
Another whole
month of anticipation on the results, but I'm sure it will be another
successful conclusion.
I wish the other
participants the same.
Leipziger
Book Fair – take place vom 19. – 22. March 2026
This
fair is known to many book lovers as the Spring Book Fair, and this
year it has another feature from 2025: Having closed its doors with a
record number of visitors in 2025, the Leipzig Book Fair aims to
achieve another record in 2026 and the years which comes thereafter!
This
fair has a very special highlight for me – on March 20, 2026, at
4:30 p.m., I will be presenting my latest book, "Trüber Blick
durch rosarotes Glas" to interested readers and those who would
like to become readers as part of the themed author panel in the Book
Bar in Hall 4 (Stand F200).
Furthermore, on
March 21, 2026, I will not only be available for a book signing of
this book, but also for the four others and to come into interesting
conversations with as many visitors as possible.
I look forward
to spending time in Leipzig and at the fair again.
Frankfurt Book Fair from 07 until 11 October 2026 – t he world's largest book fair with the Czech Republic as guest of honor and with me also actively involved at the stand and in the hall
I
will once again be attending the book fair as an author during the
trade visitor days, and on Saturday, October 10, 2026, I will be at
the stand of my publisher, Frieling-Verlag, Berlin, in Hall 3.1.

topic with me.

I'm
currently in correspondence with the team from Café Spurensuche to
arrange a date for another reading there.
As soon as a
date is set, I'll post it on social media.
Senior
residence Margaretenhöhe, Bergisch-Gladbach
We'll
be seeing each other again soon in Bergisch Gladbach.
On the afternoon
of singing on Saturday, April 25, 2026, I'll be entertaining the
residents of the Margaretenhöhe Senior Residence with two stories
from my book, "Beim (Ein)topf bleibt es nicht".
And I'm sure
I'll receive another request from them for a further reading – I'm
delighted by this positive feedback.

As
mentioned above, I'm delighted to be presenting my latest book,
"Trüber Blick durch rosarotes Glas" at the Leipzig Book
Fair 2026 in the bookshop.
At
the same time, I'm working on getting the participants from the
"Maije Afternoon" at my birthday-village to join me for a
reading. As
soon as I have a suggestion from them, I'll post it on social media.
